User Registration

The Registration Module of the Ashihara Karate Scoreboard provides a secure and controlled environment for team managers to register competitors and manage their participation in tournaments. This module ensures that only authorized team managers have access to the registration system, promoting accountability and accuracy in the registration process.

Team Manager Registration and Approval #

To maintain the integrity of the registration process, only designated team managers are allowed to access the system. Team managers need to go through a registration process themselves, providing their credentials and affiliation details. Once the registration request is submitted, the system sends the request to the administrator for approval.

Admin Approval Process #

Admins verify the authenticity and eligibility of the team manager's affiliation and determine whether they have the authority to register competitors on behalf of their team. The administrator evaluates the registration request and approves or rejects it based on the provided information.

Competitor Setup #

Once team managers are granted access to the registration system, they can set up competitors for their respective teams. Team managers enter relevant details for each competitor, such as their personal information, belt rank, and weight class. This information is crucial for organizing fair and appropriate matchups during the tournaments.
